Orders and quotes

All orders and enquiries should be sent by an e-mail. Materials for completing an order shall have to comply with the technical requirements specified by us.

Approval of order and artwork has to be sent by e-mail. Alternatively you can drop files at our ftp site.

Prices are determined individually. Pricing indicate the approximate cost of an order. We make every effort to ensure a constant or decreasing price level of offered goods and services. Prices are confirmed when an order is placed. Pricing is valid for 7 working days. Afterwards prices can be changed without giving a reason. We also reserve the right to change prices If supplier?s prices increase. We cannot assume any financial responsibility for errors in pricing.

All details of an order should be established before an order is placed. All amendments to an order should be sent by e-mail and confirmed by contact person who takes care of the order.

Please check carefully all details of the order before sending an approval. After approval no changes in any of the part of the order is possible.
 
When placing an order in Printmasta and approving it client declares that all materials submitted for completion of the order are covered by rights that make it legal for us to perform the order. This concerns, in particular, the right to record, duplicating, reproducing, publishing and placing on the market intellectual property used for performance of the order, such as graphic designs, audiovisual recordings and computer programmes. Materials supplied for performance of the order are free of legal defects and performance of the order will not violate any rights, particularly copyright and related rights of third parties.

When approving the order client also declares that materials supplied for performance of the order do not contain content that is contrary to applicable laws or other content that is generally considered to be unethical, such as encouragement of racial, ethnic or religious hatred and pornographic content. Materials supplied for performance of the order do not promote violence, fascism or communism, do not contain vulgar content, do not offend religious feelings and do not libel or offend third parties.

Printmasta do not take any responsibility for files and data sent by client.

We make every effort to give you the best possible turnaround time but we are not able to guarantee completion of work by a particular date. Therefore we cannot assume financial responsibility, or any other, for possible delays in fulfillment of orders. Turnaround time that we give must be regarded as approximate.


Delivery of goods


All products are dispatched after making a payment by client on on our account.

We shall not be held liable for delays in the delivery that are caused by a fault of the courier company. We shall not be held liable for lost or damaged packages.  In the event of damage a statement about it should be written in the presence of the courier and the person dealing with the order should be informed so that the complaint procedure at the courier company can be begun. The complaint will be dealt with under the rules of the courier company.

 

Admissible shortages in the order amount


Due to the multi-stage production process and the possible accretion of shortages under each individual stage of production, we reserve the possibility of deviating from the ordered quantities of goods. The admissible shortages of goods are as follows:

Missing items shall not be invoiced or corrective invoice will be issued

Completion of an order for amounts lower than the admissible shortage specified for individual range is not ground for a justified complaint.

 

 Complaints

 

Complaint should be sent by an e-mail.

A product about which a complaint is made is to be returned at the expense of the customer in the exact form and quantity it has been ordered. Please take care to provide adequate protection of the product from damage during shipping. 

We respond to complaints within 14 days of receiving the goods. Since repair of defects is most often impossible, justified complaints shall be taken into consideration through reproduction of defective goods and services or reimbursement of the amount paid for such defective goods and services within 14 days as of the complaint review date. If complaint will be revied as justified and solution will be reproduction of goods, those will be delivered to client on our expense. Reproduction of goods and services that are the object of complaint shall be possible only after the complained-about goods have been paid for. We shall be held liable for defects of sold goods and services only to the amount of their value.

The basis for positive consideration of colour complaint is provision, before production starts, of a professionally-made cromalin colour proof from the file sent for printing. The approval file sent by e-mail for approval does not constitute a colour example and serves only for general approval of the project and to check If no fonts is missing etc. We do not take into consideration colour complaints saying that colour of goods are different than those shown on the screen.

We accept master discs only as a ISO or NRG files or as a 1:1 scaled CD/DVD sent on disc to us by mail or courier. We cannot take responsibility If other formats are used to deliver material for duplication or replication.
If data is not sent to us physically on CD or DVD disc, complaint of duplication/replication would not be taken into consideration.

We cannot amend or edit your master in any way. We believe master sent by client is checked and we do not check it again. If there is an error on your master  there will be an error on your duplicates. We are unable to check all discs for the correctness of the material recorded. We check samples of disks to check that material has been duplicated and that discs play.

We assume no responsibility for the compatibility of your hardware with the media supplied by us.

It should be noted that if discs are recorded by the client, they are considered to be damaged and not subject to complaint.

Placing an order at Printmasta Company entails approval of these procedures and any disputes are to be settled in accordance with them.
