Q: How do I place an order at Printmasta CD/DVD and packaging printing house?
A: Just send us an email, please. Write what do you need, send us artwork for printing and data for copying (IF needed).
We would also need delivery adress and invoice data.

Q: What is the procedure after placing the order for printing/duplication/replication?
A: Client sends us email and all print/copy data. We check and process it, then we send PDFs for approval. PLEASE NOTE these are not for color checking. These are just to check If artwork is aligned correctly, no fonts etc. is missing.When all is approved by client we send invoice and get to work. When we receive payment confirmation we ship order to clien't adress.

Q: How can I send over artwork for CD/DVD/packaging printing and data for CD/DVD duplication/replication?
A: If cd/dvd/packaging artwork doesn't exceed 10 mb you can email it over to us. Otherwise please upload it to WeTransfer/Dropbox or any site you prefer and send us link pasted into an email. You can also use our ftp server.

Q: What about color profile in artwork for CD/DVD/packaging?
A: We need artwork in CMYK and it is the best when no color profile is attached to the artwork. We print with FOGRA39 profile so If it is impossible to send artwork without profile at all please send it with FOGRA39

Q: How shall I supply my master for CD/DVD duplication?
A: You can post out on CD/DVD to us. If you want us to copy music please make sure CD sent contains CD AUDIO files.
Please note we don't do mastering, conversion etc. we just copy. If you want to supply master via internet, please send over NRG disc image with CD AUDIO files inside. We do not take WAVs, Aiffs or any files that are not ready for copying and need conversion to CD AUDIO. Alternatively you can supply us with DDP file 
For DVD duplication you can send ISO file

Q: How shall I supply my master for CD/DVD replication?
A: You can post out on CD/DVD to us. If you want us to copy music please make sure CD sent contains CD AUDIO files

Q: What is the turnaround time?
A: Orders on CD/DVD duplication and packaging printing are usually executed within 3-5 working days. For CD/DVD replication we need 7-10 working days.

Q: How long shipping would take?
A: Standard delivery with UPS/DHL takes up to 5 workdays, to most EU countries it takes 2-3 workdays. Also more expensive express (next day) delivery is possible.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Default payment form is bank transfer on our EUR account on the basis of invoice issued after approval of the order. All bank data including IBAN Swift?BIC will be listed on the invoice. Paypal paymant is also possible but then we add 6,5% to the invoice value (+VAT) because of paypal charges and exchange rate differences.

Q: Do I have to pay VAT?
A: If you or your company are not EU VAT registered we have to add VAT
